2007 - 2008 REGISTRATION PROCESS-
STEP 1
Register on line for the Niagara Frontier Volleyball Club at:
http://www.wevavolleyball.org/registration.htm
All members of the Niagara Frontier Volleyball club must register as a WEVA member. Once you have completed the on-line registration, you must print and bring the forms (listed below) with you to one of the three NFVB registration dates listed on the web. WEVA registration is completed online; registration for our club is completed in person. Use the link above to begin your registration process. If you have questions regarding on-line registration, contact the WEVA office at 585-259-6557.
STEP 2
After you have completed the on-line registration for WEVA, print and bring the following completed forms to one of the three NFVB registration sites:
Coaches, please bring:
- Copy of Membership Application Confirmation and Membership Application Information
- USA Volleyball Waiver and Release of Liability Form
- Coaches Code of ethics
- Background Screening Form
Players, please bring:
- Copy of Membership Application Confirmation and Membership Application Information
- USA Volleyball Waiver and Release of Liability Form
- USA Volleyball Player Medical History and Release Form
STEP 3
There is a non-refundable tryout fee of $75.00 for unlimited tryouts in the '07 - '08 season that is due when attending one of the three registration dates posted on the home page. You do This registration will cover all tryout fees and cover registration as a WEVA member. (This will cover the player fee for WEVA and well as facility fees). Any player that registers after the pre-registration dates listed on the NFVB web site will be charged an additional $15.00 late fee to register for the 2007-2008 season.
